(Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and job-related competencies.)\nWhere you will drive value:\nOversee preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance activities for the distribution centre’s automated systems, equipment and infrastructure.\nEnsure equipment reliability and availability by monitoring performance indicators, analyzing incidents and implementing appropriate corrective actions.\nParticipate in the commissioning, testing and stabilization of new installations and contribute to the continuous improvement of automated systems.\nWork closely with Operations, IT, suppliers and technology partners to optimize the performance and reliability of the facility.\nPlan and oversee maintenance of the building and its infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC and refrigeration systems.\nManage suppliers and technical service partners, ensure compliance with service agreements, and coordinate the procurement of required parts and services.\nIdentify and manage risks related to safety, equipment reliability and business continuity while ensuring compliance with applicable maintenance standards and programs.\nManage budgets, performance indicators and maintenance inventories while fostering a culture focused on safety, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.\nWhat will enable you to have an impact:\nCollege diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\nMinimum of 7 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, or automation, ideally within a highly automated or robotic environment.\nExperience managing vendors, technical partners, and service contracts, with the ability to evaluate and challenge proposed technical solutions.\nStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance, reliability principles, failure analysis, and CMMS tools.\nGood understanding of automated systems and building infrastructure, including electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration systems.\nExperience supporting the commissioning, start-up, or stabilization of new facilities, considered an asset.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (English is required to collaborate with colleagues in other Canadian provinces).\nA role aligned with what creates the greatest collective impact.\nPeople are at the heart of our success.
