Being part of the team means committing to an environment where everyone’s impact truly matters.\nAt Agropur, each role aims to generate value and have a tangible impact on collective performance.\nContext to maximize your impact:\n Salary range 005: $84,200 - $105,200 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)\n Monday - Friday\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance \n401(k) with 7% company contributions \n3 weeks Paid Time Off\nPaid holidays and 2 floating holidays\nPaid parental leave\nAdvancement Opportunities\nWe are looking for a Maintenance Specialist in Jerome, Idaho.\nThe Maintenance Specialist supports the delivery of business objectives through the application of defect elimination, root cause analysis, project management, and technical support of on-site maintenance execution, operations, and project teams.\nWhere you will drive value:\nEngineering and troubleshooting support of maintenance execution and operations teams. \nIdentification, ownership and implementation of initiatives to deliver improvements in safety, asset performance, and cost.\nCapital project validation and delivery support. \nReconciliation of production loss accounting data.\nOptimize the Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR).\nResponsible for technical accuracy of the job steps. \nDevelop equipment modification plans based on failure data, crafts feedback and OEM design modifications.\nMake specific equipment recommendations to improve machinery performance and maintainability.\nCreate plans to standardize parts across like machines taking into account specific component performance and maintainability.\nVerify that the BOM reflects the changes.\nWork with stores to delete unnecessary spares.\nResponsible to maintain current and correct OEM specifications, manuals and procedures for plant assets in support of planning functions and in support of daily maintenance function. \nResource for the Reliability Specialist with specific machine performance information and detailed component and parts data. \nDevelop new and innovative methods for timely repair of assets.\nPrepare specific job plans steps with detailed procedures for completion of repair in the most effective and efficient manner.\nContribute to repair details, craft expertise, and parts issues.\nCatalog and database the RCA/RCFA results and subsequent action items.\nDevelop specific maintenance procedure modifications to help mitigate future machinery failures.\nDevelop specific machinery modifications to help mitigate future failures.\nProvide technical assistance to maintenance supervisors, planners and crafts personnel in the form of specific, technical data on machinery configuration and performance.\nResponsible to maintain a current and correct technical specifications library. \nUtilize metrics for system, asset and component maintainability. \nDevelop specific maintenance activities to ensure spare fitness for duty. \nDevelop specific equipment preservation techniques for pre-commissioning storage of equipment. \nCreate new equipment purchase specifications around improved maintainability. \nAnalyze process and/or failure information to determine the need for improved craft skills.\nConduct/arrange craft skills training.\nWhat will enable you to have an impact:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nDiploma in maintenance, electromechanics, mechanical engineering or other relevant training required.\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.\nEquivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience in engineering maintenance roles required.\nExperience with Defect Elimination processes and Root Cause Analysis methodology required.\nExperience with failure analysis required.\nExperience working in a fixed plant environment required.\nProficient with Precision Maintenance best practices and methodology required.\nCertified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) or equivalent certification by a professional organization preferred.\nA role aligned with what creates the greatest collective impact.\n#CH-1\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
