Being part of the team means committing to an environment where everyone’s impact truly matters.\nAt Agropur, accountability means owning challenges and taking concrete action to achieve results.\nCompetitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package focusing on your physical, financial, and emotional health to include the following perks as well as the standard benefit offerings:\n Salary range 005: $84,200 - $105,200 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)\nWork Schedule: Monday - Friday 5am-2pm Flexibility required based on operation needs\n\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance \n401(k) with7% company contributions\n3 weeks Paid Time Off\nPaid holidays and 2 floating holidays\nPaid parental leave\nAdvancement Opportunities\nAn environment that empowers you to take action:\nWe are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor in Luxemburg, WI.\nThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for planning and organizing the work of the maintenance staff to achieve and maintain efficient operation of the facility and all equipment.\nWhat you’ll be responsible for each day:\nResponsible for daily facility maintenance and preventive maintenance.\nPrioritize and schedule necessary maintenance equipment and activities based on PM schedule and/or production need.\nMonitor and measure work of staff to ensure quality and pursue continuous improvement.\nPlan, schedule, and direct external contractors in the maintenance of buildings and grounds.\nWork with management and other departments to implement equipment changes, staffing adjustments and maintenance support needs.\nMaintenance of spare parts and inventory.\nResponsible for department budget and cost reduction activities. \nPlan and assign specific work to maintenance mechanics and support personnel for all shifts. \nMay be involved in building renovations; ensure that renovations occur within budgeted levels and conform to company specifications. \nThe individual who will own this role:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nExperience Required:\nMinimum five (5) years facility/maintenance experience in food production environment required.\nPrevious supervisory experience preferred.\nExperience in Instrumentation Controls preferred. \nExperience with forklift repair required. \nExperience with Ammonia refrigeration required.\nHigh pressure boiler operation experience required. \nForklift Certification.\nHazMat Responder Certification.\nAn environment that values engagement and encourages everyone to take initiative.\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
