Being part of the team means committing to an environment where everyone’s impact truly matters.\nWe believe that teamwork-collaborating and sharing perspectives-is essential to achieving the best results.\nAn environment where collaboration is encouraged and valued:\nStarting Wage$23.78\n\nTwo pay increases within a year, up to $1.00\n\nBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance\n\n401(k) with up to 7% company contributions\n\nPTO starting Day 1\n\nPaid holidays and 2 floating holidays\n\nAdvancement Opportunities\n\nTuition Reimbursement Program\n\nEmployee Discounts\n\nUniform Program + Shoe Allowance\n\nYour key responsibilities:\nTranslate material(s) or conversation into appropriate language.\n\nEnsure onboarding experience is positive for new hires.\n\nSupport production in developing operational competency for new hires/new roles.\n\nTrack competency trainings of new hires.\n\nEnsure the preservation of original meaning and intent for employee information.\n\nProvide additional insight as gathered in conversation/translation.\n\nDraft SOPs/job content as necessary to enhance work quality.\n\nAssist Human Capital in conducting two-week new hire check-ins and capture data.\n\nAssist in employee relations situations as translator when necessary.\n\nFacilitate orientation and onboarding process for Hispanic employees who do not speak English.\n\nTranslate Quality and Safety practices/methods to Spanish speaking employees.\n\nInterview Spanish speaking candidates and translating back to recruiting team.\n\nTranslate for purposes of open enrollment, VIBE survey, company programs/initiatives.\n\nLearn and understand all plant roles.\n\nAbility to regularly work multiple shifts.\n\nMaintain flexible schedule (shifts) to address situations as they arise.\n\nSupport general Human Capital operations.\n\nUnderstand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.\n\nSafety Protocol\n\nStop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.\n\nCorrect or report any observed safety hazards.\n\nSupport safety policies, programs, and annual training.\n\nThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.\nThe individual who will own this role:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.\n\nTranslation/production work-related experience preferred.\n\nAbility to speak fluent Spanish required.\n\nAbility to understand Spanish written language required.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.\n\nCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues.\n\nDisplay sensitivity to different cultures.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nHigh level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.\n\nEffectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to management and coworkers.\n\nBasic computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook.\n\nBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).\n\nExhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships.\n\nA role for those who know that the best results are built through teamwork.\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
