Execution is measured by impact and value created-not the number of actions.\n‘An environment that lets you focus on what really matters:’\nSalary 30.15$\n\nSchedule: 4-on / 4-off rotation on a 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM-7:00 PM and 7:00 PM-7:00 AM)\n\nCompetitive Compensation Package\n\nCompany Pension\n\nHealth and Dental Benefits\n\nEmployee and Family Assistance Program\n\nPrograms for Professional Development\n\nVacation, sick time, floater days\n\n‘Your role in achieving results:’\nOperate and monitor boilers, steam systems, air compressors, pumps, refrigeration equipment, Generators and auxiliary plant equipment.\n\nPerform water testing and monitor water treatment programs.\n\nClean, lubricate and repair generators, pumps, compressors and related equipment.\n\nMaintain preventative maintenance schedule.\n\nCarry out emergency maintenance activities and repairs as required.\n\nConduct regular plant rounds and inspections to ensure that equipment is running at optimal capacity through required operational checks.\n\nAssist with new installations and machine modifications\n\nCoordinate with maintenance, production, and management teams to support operational goals.\n\nEnsure compliance with provincial regulations, company policies, and operating procedures.\n\nMaintaining work areas in a neat and tidy condition with particular attention to health and safety.\n\n‘What we are looking for to deliver these results:’\nMust possess 4th Class Power Engineer\n\n3rd Class Power Engineer Certification considered an asset.\n\n2 years experience operating boilers and industrial utility equipment\n\nKnowledge of boiler operations, water treatment, water chemistry, steam systems, pumps, heat exchangers, and related utility equipment.\n\nAbility to work 12 hr rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required\n\nTeam player who also has the proven ability to work independently with limited direct supervision.\n\nGood technical and diagnostic skills.\n\nAbility to acquire and fully utilize skills in an efficient and practical manner to solve mechanical and electrical problems.\n\nSelf-starter who is highly motivated and continuously seeks professional development.\n\nElectrical and mechanical knowledge and/or experience would be a definite asset.\n\nA role for those who want to create real impact and contribute to measurable and sustainable results.\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
