Being part of the team means committing to an environment where everyone’s impact truly matters.\nWe believe that teamwork-collaborating and sharing perspectives-is essential to achieving the best results.\nAn environment where collaboration is encouraged and valued:\nStarting Wage $24.73/HR\nShift Differential $1.50\nTwo pay increases within a year, up to $1.00\n3 PM - 3 AM | 2,2,3 Schedule\nDouble time pay on Sunday\n Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance \n401(k) with up to 7% company contributions \nPTO starting Day 1\nPaid holidays and 2 floating holidays\nAdvancement Opportunities \nTuition Reimbursement Program\nEmployee Discounts\nUniform Program + Shoe Allowance\nYour key responsibilities:\nPerform various testing procedures on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, including microbiological and chemical tests.\nMonitor quality parameters, ensuring that they align with production standards and regulatory requirements (may include document review).\nRecord and communicate data from tests, identifying trends and discrepancies.\nCollect samples for testing and prepare them according to established protocols.\nEnsure facility equipment is in proper calibration and maintained to comply with Good Laboratory GLP and Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions (SOP/OPI).\nAssist in root cause analysis of quality issues, contributing to the development of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).\nSupport compliance facility quality plan with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and FSP/HACCP systems.\nMaintain accurate and detailed documentation, including electronic systems which generate Certificates of Analysis (COA) and other required reports.\nSupport collaboration with operations on sampling and testing activities to resolve non-conformance issues and support quality continuous improvement initiatives.\nAssist in internal audits and support audit readiness, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible.\nConduct environmental monitoring, including sampling and equipment swabbing.\nProvide training to production staff on quality control processes and standards.\nParticipate in equipment validations and process change management.\nAssist with customer and regulatory audits as needed.\nUnderstand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.\nSafety Protocol\nStop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.\nCorrect or report any observed safety hazards.\nSupport safety policies and programs.\nThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.\nThe individual who will own this role:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nAssociate’s Degree in Science, Food Science or Chemistry field preferred.\nEquivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.\nNo experience required; on the job training provided.\nKnowledge of quality control procedures, sampling requirements, and relevant regulations such as FDA, GMP, GLP, and HACCP required.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in testing and data recording.\nAbility to follow established protocols and procedures.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing with executives, managers, colleagues and individuals inside and outside the organization.\nAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nBasic math plus fractions, decimals and percentages, as well as algebraic calculations.\nIntermediate computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and field-specific software.\nExhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships.\nA role for those who know that the best results are built through teamwork.\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
