Open availability Monday through Saturday during the holiday's \nYour role in achieving results\nGreet customers entering the establishment, contributing to a positive guest experience by exceeding their expectations and preparing orders to their specifications.\nMaintain an orderly and clean check out area.\nRun the cash register; receiving payment by cash, check, or credit card and issuing receipts, refunds, or change as needed.\nPerform reconciliation of cash drawer, ensuring amounts are correct and that adequate change is available.\nMaintain adequate stocking of shelves, cleanliness, and organization of work area throughout the day.\nPrice products.\nPrepare and distribute sampling products to customers.\nAccurately and efficiently prepare orders to customer specifications.\nCook and prepare food items per our standards of quality, consistency and timelines.\nWork in the deli making cheese trays, pizzas and bagging product.\nEnsure compliance with all health code requirements and organization standards.\nOperate equipment safely as determined by organization safety standards.\nTake farm orders.\nMaintain store keys as needed.\nOther Duties and Responsibilities:\nMaintain food storage, receiving, stocking & rotating per food safety and company standards.\nUnderstand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.\nSafety ProtocolStop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.\nCorrect or report any observed safety hazards.\nSupport safety policies and programs.\n\nThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.\nWhat we are looking for to deliver these results:\nEducation Required:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.\nSkills Required:\nDedication to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; acts with customers in mind.\nBasic computer operational skills.\nBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).\nExcellent telephone and oral communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.\nDemonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nExhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.\nA role for those who want to contribute to measurable and sustainable results.\nEqual Opportunity Employer, including Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities.\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
