What matters is real impact, not the volume of activity.\nAn environment that allows you to focus on what truly matters:\nStarting Rate: $22.59/hour\n$1.50hr shift differential for night shift\nTwo pay increases in the first year up to $1.00\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance \n401(k) with up to a 7% company match \n3 Weeks PTO\nPaid holidays and 2 floating holidays\nAdvancement Opportunities\nTuition Reimbursement\nHealthy work/life balance\nShift time- 2/2/3 6 to 6 1 month of days and 1 month of nights\nYour role in achieving results\nAssist Elevated Finishing Vats operations as needed.\nPerform Clean In Place for both belts in a timely manner.\nTrouble shoot and maintain machinery.\nMaintain and inspect work area.\nUnderstand and comply with all Quality Assurance policies, immediately reporting any potential food safety issues to management.\nSuccessfully perform all tasks required on the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).\nClean and sanitize all parts and areas of the department including walls, floors and equipment.\nGather, weigh, and correctly report all animal feed and/or floor cheese.\nReport any safety, sanitation and/or equipment problems to Supervisor.\nSafely and efficiently operate the cheese shred machine.\nAssist during Clean In Place during disassembly during Clean In Place operations and final clean up to prepare run.\nOperate forklift in a safe manner.\nAssist operations in maintaining an audit ready environment, including assisting with the cleanup of any spills or other scheduled projects.\nDeliver 55 gallon drums of chemicals to Clean In Place system for DMM and Salting Belt.\nTitrate all chemicals used for Clean In Place in each belt area.\nMonitor both DMM and salting belts during operation.\nEnter all variables on belts for each recipe during production.\nCommunicate any variances in recipe set points to Supervisor and Vat Operator.\nTake production and micro samples as required.\nAddress alarms for the continuous delivery of cheese to packaging area.\nPrep both DMM and salter.\nSafely and efficiently transfer product from bags and tote bags to hopper.\nReport any safety, sanitation and/or equipment issues to Supervisor.\nUnderstand all Clean In Place circuits and titrate all chemicals involved in Clean In Place.\nUnderstand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.\nSafety ProtocolStop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.\nCorrect or report any observed safety hazards.\nSupport safety policies and programs.\n\nThis list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.\nWhat we are looking for to deliver these results:\nEducation Required:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nExperience Required:\nNo experience necessary: in-house training provided.\nExperience in food service/food plant or sanitation background preferred.\nGood mechanical aptitude required.\nChemical training preferred.\nSkills Required:\nCommunicate effectively both verbally and in writing with managers and colleagues.\nDemonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work.\nAbility to follow written, verbal and diagrammatic instructions; complete simple checklists and complete required documentation.\nAbility to work with minimal supervision, adapt to a changing environment quickly and think independently.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nComplete simple checklists and complete required documentation.\nBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).\nBasic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information.\nExhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and work to maintain constructive working relationships.\nA role for those who want to contribute to measurable and sustainable results.\nAA/EEO - Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
