You will work closely with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (SAP ECS), our Application Management Services (AMS) partners, and internal teams.\nYou will also contribute to SAP infrastructure governance, helping ensure system availability, performance, reliability, and long-term sustainability, while maintaining alignment with change management processes, including coordination with the Change Advisory Board (CAB). Your role will combine ongoing involvement in multiple SAP projects with operational support and continuous improvement initiatives.\nManage and support the SAP IT infrastructure, including SAP RISE Private Cloud environments, SaaS cloud solutions, such as SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), as well as existing on-premises SAP environments\nManage SAP transports using solutions such as SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM) and SAP Cloud ALM\nManage and coordinate batch jobs, SAP BTP accounts, and certificates\nCoordinate technical operations with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (SAP ECS)\nManage and follow up on SAP service requests\nCoordinate key technical activities across SAP environments\nEnsure system performance, availability, reliability, and long-term sustainability across the SAP landscape\nPartner with the user community to communicate objectives, priorities, and potential impacts of initiatives while acting as a change agent\nMaintain regular interactions with project teams to communicate issues, raise risks, facilitate discussions, and maintain a shared vision of expected outcomes\nCollaborate closely with SAP Functional Analysts, Architects, ABAP Developers, and Project Managers\nContribute to the development of the technology roadmap for assigned areas of responsibility\nContribute to multiple projects simultaneously in collaboration with various SAP teams\nProvide high-level technical support for infrastructure issues impacting end users\nParticipate in managing relationships with vendors and external partners\nSupport and facilitate the preparation of regular project review and follow-up meetings\nThe profile that excels in execution:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management\n3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Basis and SAP Security\nExperience working in an SAP S/4HANA RISE environment is considered an asset\nDemonstrated experience building effective partnerships between business and technology teams\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with executives, managers, technical teams, business partners, and vendors\nStrong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills\nAbility to demonstrate influential leadership in a collaborative, cross-functional environment\nExperience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments\nPMP or Agile certification is strongly preferred\nA role for those who deliver results through focused execution.\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
