The role contributes to optimizing procurement processes, resolving technical issues, and improving the overall experience for internal users.\nAn environment that empowers you to take action:\nRecognition of years of service for vacation calculation;\nFlexible group insurance plan including telemedicine services;\nEmployee assistance program;\nAnnual bonus\nOpportunities to invest in yourself (career development, etc.);\nPension plan with company contributions;\nSalary scale 006: $ : 102 600 to $128 300 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)\nWhat you’ll be responsible for each day:\nConfigure, maintain, and optimize Coupa, including accounts, categories, and platform enhancements.\nEnsure the stability and proper functioning of interfaces and integrations between Coupa, SAP, Maximo, Workday, and other applications.\nAnalyze and resolve technical issues related to applications, interfaces, and business processes.\nDefine and implement technical solutions that address business needs in collaboration with key stakeholders.\nGather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.\nPerform testing, validation, and follow-up for system changes and enhancements.\nSupport supplier onboarding in Coupa and contribute to improving the overall user experience.\nCollaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to support business priorities.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, simplicity, and user experience.\nDocument configurations, solutions, processes, and test results.\nProvide user support, resolve day-to-day issues, and contribute to user training.\nStay current on internal technologies and emerging solutions.\nThe individual who will own this role:\n5 years of Coupa experience, with technical expertise in configuration, APIs/integrations, and XML.\nMinimum 3 years of combined Coupa and SAP experience, with good knowledge of SAP, ideally S/4 in a RISE environment.\nMinimum 5 years of technical experience with ERP systems.\nExperience with ERP/Coupa implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancements, ideally in manufacturing or distribution environments.\nKnowledge of SQL/Transact-SQL and experience with the SDLC.\nStrong ability to analyze issues, document processes, train users, and collaborate with various teams.\nAssets: Coupa certification, degree, ERP/WMS, SQL Server, and knowledge of manufacturing/quality control.\nAn environment that values engagement and encourages everyone to take initiative.\n#LI-PB1\n#SALARIE\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
