The primary focus will be on recruiting both general labour and specialized workers for various roles within a geographical area (which may include one to three manufacturing sites).\nThis is a temporary 6-month contract position based at our Appleton, Wisconsin plant (hybrid).\nContext to maximize your impact:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance\n401(k) with 7% company contributions\nAdvancement Opportunities\nWork/Life balance\n Salary range 004: $69,500-$86,900 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)\nWhere you will drive value:\nWork closely with the Plant Director to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the manufacturing context, production goals and local talent supply.\nPartner with hiring managers across different departments to customize talent attraction and recruitment strategies to business goals for hourly positions, specific to the site(s) you will be supporting.\nMaintain knowledge of external labour supply, market conditions and serve as recruitment subject matter expert by providing advice and support to managers throughout the recruitment and hiring process.\nServe as community ambassadors to develop/maintain relationships with community organizations, technical schools, high schools, etc. to build long term, sustainable candidate pipelines.\nDemonstrate salesmanship on recruitment trips by representing the organization at industry and academic functions (career days, job fairs, scholarship awards, etc.).\nLead all phases of the recruitment process for hourly positions (recruitment strategy, sourcing, candidate selection, interview, assessments and offer process) while ensuring a positive candidate experience.\nIdentify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards and the needs of the organization.\nCoordinate offer details and extend both verbal and written offers.\nStay current with new recruitment practices and methods, evaluating their relevance and recommending their use.\nTake part in various ad hoc staffing and/or corporate branding projects.\nMaintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment and hiring practices. Support EEOC, Diversity, and Affirmative Action Plan initiatives.\nComplete other related functions, projects, and reports as needed.\nWhat will enable you to have an impact:\nBachelor’s Degree in a related field required - Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.\nMinimum two (2) years of experience in recruiting required.\nKnowledge of the manufacturing industry, including the unique challenges and requirements related to hourly workers, required.\nFamiliarity with ATS tools for managing candidate pipelines, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance.\nA role aligned with what creates the greatest collective impact.\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
