This role leads supply planning across 7 manufacturing sites in the US and 1 external co-packer, ensuring feasible plans aligned with labor, equipment, and material (including Milk) constraints. The Supply Planning Manager plays a critical role in the IBP/SIOP & S&OE processes, driving alignment between Production Scheduling, Demand Planning, Purchasing, and Finance to support business objectives\nContext to maximize your impact:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance\n\n401(k) with 7% company contributions\n\n3 weeks Paid Time Off\n\nPaid holidays and 2 floating holidays\n\nPaid parental leave\n\nAdvancement Opportunities\n\nSalary range 006: $107,800 - $134,800 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position)\n\nWhere you will drive value:\nManufacturing & Production Planning\nManage master supply plans driven by demand and Inventory targets, that can be translated into finite schedules at the site level\n\nLead Rough Cut Capacity Planning by evaluating operational, material, and storage constraints alongside cheese aging requirements\n\nUnderstand site-level constraints including labor, equipment uptime, changeovers, and yield losses\n\nBalance production efficiency with customer service and inventory objectives\n\nSupport make-to-stock and make-to-order environments as applicable\n\nMaterials & Inventory Management\nPartner with Material Purchasing ensuring availability of raw materials & Packaging components\n\nOptimize & Manage our Inventory Policy across manufacturing and distribution nodes\n\nDrive reduction of excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory\n\nIntegrated Business Planning (IBP / SIOP)\nOwn and lead the Monthly Supply Review within the IBP/SIOP process\n\nAssess long-term capacity requirements and constraints (labor, equipment, Milk)\n\nDevelop scenario plans and trade-off recommendations (service, cost, inventory, capacity)\n\nDevelop rough-cut capacity plans with financial outlooks\n\nPerformance Management & Continuous Improvement\nTrack and improve KPIs such as:\nOTIF\n\nSchedule attainment & adherence\n\nInventory turns and days of supply\n\nCapacity utilization\n\nLead root-cause analysis for service failures or production shortfalls\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning accuracy, responsiveness, and execution\n\nSupport ERP planning system enhancements\n\nPeople Leadership\nLead and develop supply planners\n\nFoster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the planning team\n\nWhat will enable you to have an impact:\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in managing a network of multiple manufacturing sites in a supply planning capacity\n\nStrong working knowledge of MRP & capacity planning\n\n5+ years of experience operating within SIOP/IBP and S&OE frameworks\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience managing direct reports\n\nProficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)\n\nAdvanced Excel and strong analytical skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field\n\nManufacturing environment experience\n\nAPICS CPIM / CSCP or similar certification\n\nUnderstanding of the Demand Planning practices within the monthly S&OP cycle\n\nA role aligned with what creates the greatest collective impact.\nAgropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
