We now operate through 250+ dealer locations.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Product Specialist to own the full customer journey for AgZen's product portfolio from pre-sale technical support through installation, in-season optimization, and dealer development. This role sits at the intersection of sales, agronomy, and field engineering, working closely with dealers and growers throughout the season to ensure product performance and uptime. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must, along with the drive to build lasting relationships in a fast-paced, field-based environment.\nThis is a remote position reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, with travel expected to meet or exceed 70% of time during peak growing months.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with dealer sales reps and AgZen's commercial team on technical scoping, demos, and pre-sale ride-alongs\n\nWork with dealers to install RealCoverage hardware and configure RealPerformance accounts on customer sprayers across major OEM platforms\n\nTrain growers and operators on proper product usage from day one\n\nMonitor in-season coverage data and troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, and performance issues in the field\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for post-sale product support, feeding field insights back to AgZen's product team\n\nBuild and deliver training programs that help dealer staff sell, install, and support AgZen products independently\n\nGrow relationships with named dealer partners and champion AgZen within their organizations\n\nMaintain detailed field records and documentation using collaborative field software\n\nAbout You\nYou are passionate, genuinely curious, and innovative\n\nYou have unwavering personal integrity and work ethic\n\nYou are proactive, productive, and complete tasks promptly\n\nYou excel in a team-centric environment that is transparent and accountable\n\nYou are a natural relationship-builder who earns trust with growers and dealers alike\n\nYou are adaptable and excel working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years in a customer-facing agronomy, precision ag, ag equipment, or ag-tech role\n\nHands-on experience with sprayer equipment and setup across major OEM platforms (John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, AGCO)\n\nWorking knowledge of precision ag terminology and crop protection industry dynamics\n\nAbility to understand and troubleshoot both hardware and software/data systems\n\nComfortable training and presenting to audiences from a single grower to a room of dealer staff\n\nAbility to work outdoors for extended periods in heat and humidity\n\nValid driver's license and ability to travel independently across a multi-state territory\n\nExisting relationships within John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, or AGCO dealer networks a plus\n\nWhat We Offer\nThe opportunity to make an immediate and visible impact in a fast-growing company\n\nEarly-employee equity\n\n401(k) at 6 months of employment, with employer matching\n\nUnlimited PTO\n\n12 paid holidays\n\nMedical, Dental and Vision insurance\n\nThe salary range for this position is $70,000 -
