You will collaborate with clients and other team members in preparing civil engineering designs and calculations for site developments, local roads, stormwater, and utility improvements, including grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, water, and other related work.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nA high level of organization and communication to help us drive projects to completion.\nDiligent attention to detail because the details are what make a project successful.\nA desire to make a positive impact in the communities we serve.\nMotivation to meet our clients’ deadlines and rise to the occasion when the pressure is on.\nHere's our list of must-haves:\nBachelor of Science in Civil Engineering\nEIT\nExperience with AutoCAD\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn\nAnything on this list would be an asset, but is not required:\nFamiliarity with stormwater modeling using WWHM, MGS Flood and other software\nFamiliarity with Civil 3D\nExperience preparing storm drainage reports\n COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSActual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Ranges listed below are annualized and based on a 40-hour work week. \nProject Engineer I - $68,500 - $86,000\nAnnual discretionary performance-based bonus.\n100% paid employee medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance and long-term disability protection.
