This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Foundry software development team, ensuring technology solutions align with business priorities and deliver measurable value.\nThe Business Product Manager gathers and refines requirements, prioritizes enhancement requests, supports user acceptance testing, and helps coordinate release readiness and communication. Working closely with stakeholders and development teams, this role helps ensure business systems continue to support efficient, scalable operations.\nDuties/Responsibilities\nServe as the business owner for application enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nPrioritize enhancement requests based on business value, operational impact, and strategic objectives.\n\nPartner with development teams to clarify requirements, review proposed solutions, and support delivery planning.\n\nCoordinate user acceptance testing and validate that delivered functionality meets business needs.\n\nSupport release readiness activities, including stakeholder communication, training considerations, and change management.\n\nFacilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.\n\nMonitor user feedback, system adoption, and business outcomes to identify future improvement opportunities.\n\nCommunicate priorities, risks, project status, and release information to stakeholders.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nEducation and Experience\nMinimum Required\nBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, ERP/WMS administration, business systems management, or a related role.\n\nExperience gathering business requirements and working with software development teams.\n\nExperience supporting testing, implementation, or release activities for business applications.\n\nPreferred\nExperience with ERP, WMS, manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, or operational systems.\n\nExperience working in Agile environments.\n\nExperience with Jira or similar work management tools.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities\nStrong requirements gathering, prioritization, and analytical skills.\n\nAbility to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nKnowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.\n\nExperience facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release readiness activities.\n\nAbility to balance business value, technical constraints, and operational priorities.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\n\nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering practical business solutions.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local
