Our Storage Engineers are a valued member of the Managed Services Infrastructure Practice responsible for Tier 3 incident management, service request management and change management infrastructure support for all Managed Services customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide enterprise-level operational support to Managed Services customers for incident, problem, and change management activities\n\nAdminister parallel and distributed filesystems such as Lustre, GPFS, BeeGFS, Ceph, Weka, or Vast\n\nOptimize storage performance, throughput, metadata operations, and data locality for AI training and inference\n\nBuild and maintain automation for storage provisioning, monitoring, alerting, quota management, and lifecycle operations\n\nPlan and perform maintenance activities\n\nAssess customer environments for performance and design issues and propose resolutions\n\nWork across technical teams to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues\n\nCreate and maintain detailed documentation\n\nServe as a subject matter expert and escalation point for storage technologies\n\nWork with vendors to resolve storage issues\n\nCommunicate with customers and internal team with transparency\n\nSupport data movement workflows including ingest, replication, caching, tiering, and archiving\n\nTroubleshoot storage, Linux, network, and I/O bottlenecks across storage clusters and fabrics\n\nPartner with infrastructure, platform, and research teams to support production AI/HPC workloads\n\nEvaluate new storage architectures and technologies for scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency\n\nCommunicate with customers and internal team with transparency\n\nParticipate in on-call rotation\n\nRequired Qualifications\nRequired skills- Storage - Vast, Ceph, EMC, Pure, Netapp | Parallel storage systems | Linux administration | HPC/AI ML experience | High speed networking with RDMA and InfiniBand | MSP is highly desired | ITIL is highly desired\n5+ years of experience with HPC, AI infrastructure, or large-scale storage engineering\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent Information Systems or related field.
