In this position you will oversee, direct and lead the production staff to achieve production targets while maintaining a safe and efficient operation and producing products to meet AHEAD’s established quality standards\n*Please note: our 1st shift hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm\nResponsibilities\nOversee all departmental activities and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws. \nOversee and maintain production equipment, automated systems, and digital manufacturing tools. \nSupervise the daily activities of a team responsible for hardware configuration and physical setup. \nLead technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for equipment and process failures. \nDevelop, implement, and update SOPs for technical processes and equipment operation. \nTrain production staff on technical procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols. \nMonitor and report on technical metrics, including efficiency, downtime, and quality. \nEnsure compliance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and equipment calibration. \nCollaborate with cross functional teams on projects, resolving issues and improving processes. \nAnalyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive process optimization. \nResolve employee issues, ensure positive employee relations, and promote and enforce all company policies fairly and consistently. \nReviews production schedules, material and manpower resources and coordinates daily production activities to meet business objectives. \nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nProven experience in supervising technical or operations teams. \nStrong understanding of computer hardware and networking equipment \nAbility to lift and move heavy equipment safely. \nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. \nEducation and Experience \nMinimum Required \nRequires a high school diploma or equivalent or 3-5 years in an assembly manufacturing environment. \nAbility to manage, train, and develop employees. \nAbility to resolve conflicts, meet deadlines, manage production activities, and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment. \nProven experience making day-to-day decisions that affect the overall quality of products and processes. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills \nPreferred \n1 -
