This role manages scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and client communications across security assessments, implementations, migrations, remediation efforts, and managed-service transition activities. The Project Manager partners with engagement leads, architects, engineers, client stakeholders, and partner teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned to project plans\nResponsibilities:\nCommunicate project roles and responsibilities to project team members while planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing project objectives.\n\nEnforce policies and procedures for each project\n\nAchieve operational objectivesby:\n\nContributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews\n\nPreparing and completing action plans\n\nImplementing production, productivity, quality, and client-service standards\n\nResolving problems\n\nDeterminingsystem improvements\n\nImplementing change\n\nMeet financial objectivesby forecasting requirements, quoting services, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiatingcorrective actions.\n\nSupport delivery of cybersecurity projects in identity, access, and data protection domains, including assessments, design, implementation, migration, remediation, and operationalization efforts.\n\nUpdate job knowledge by participatingin educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintainingpersonal networks, and participating in professional organizations.\n\nCoordinate project execution across consultants, architects, engineers, customer stakeholders, and partner vendors to ensure deliveryquality, milestone attainment, and issue resolution.\n\nManage RAID logs, project dependencies, change control, decision tracking, and executive status reporting for security engagements.\n\nSupportclient governance cadences, including kickoff sessions, status meetings, risk reviews, steering updates, and acceptance/sign-off checkpoints.\n\nEnsure projects follow repeatable delivery standards, documentation requirements, evidence collection expectations, and quality gates.\n\nPartner with technical leads to aligndelivery plans to security controls, testing, cutover, validation, and post-implementation support needs.\n\nManage multiple concurrent security engagements and shared resources across pods or workstreams while maintainingschedule and risk governance.\n\nEnhance departmental and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishingnew and different requests whileexploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.\n\nDevelop budgets and track budget expenses.\n\nProvide performance management feedbackfor project aligned resources based on project observations.\n\nSupport team members in a proficient and effective manner\n\nPromote process improvement.\n\nMust pursue professional self-development opportunities on a regular basis.\n\nRequirements:\n3-5 years ofprior project management and planning experience.\n\nPossess excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong ability to manage expectationsincluding in areas of scope, schedule, budget, and satisfaction.\n\nAble to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.\n\nExperience managing cybersecurity, IAM, or data security projects in consulting, professional services, or enterprise IT environments.\n\nWorking knowledge of security delivery lifecycles, including assessment, design, implementation, testing, remediation, cutover, and transition to operations.\n\nFamiliarity with Cloud security concepts including CNAPP, CWPP, and DSPM;
