of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.\nTypically 8-10+ years of experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, AI, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.\nMinimum five years of consulting or professional services experience leading complex client engagements.\nExperience leading project teams, multiple workstreams, or enterprise initiatives with minimal oversight.\nExperience delivering modern data platform solutions, including data engineering, cloud platforms, governance, analytics, AI, or enterprise architecture.\nExperience managing project scope, financials, delivery governance, stakeholder communications, and executive presentations.\nStrong leadership, consulting, communication, facilitation, analytical, and relationship management skills.\nDemonstrated ownership, business acumen, executive presence, and the ability to mentor and develop others.\nPreferred\nMaster’s degree or MBA.\nProfessional certifications in cloud platforms, AI, data management, Agile, project management, or enterprise architecture.\nExperience with Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or similar technologies.\nExperience leading enterprise data
