AHEAD's Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) is chartered with delivering on AHEAD's most strategic enterprise initiatives, or “Big Bets” - the critical, cross-functional programs that enable our long-term vision. Today, this includes large-scale transformation efforts such as expanding AHEAD into new international markets, transforming our portfolio and internal ways of working with AI, post-acquisition integration, and more.
The Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation will play a critical role in supporting execution of these Big Bets. Rather than owning a single initiative directly, this role partners closely with one or more ETO Transformation Leads, providing dedicated program support across one or more strategic initiatives - including, when applicable, post-acquisition integration efforts - to help ensure plans stay on track, risks are managed, and stakeholders remain aligned. This is a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity for a transformation-minded professional to build the experience and track record needed to drive transformation at scale. Success in this role looks like consistent stakeholder alignment, clear milestone progress, and demonstrated program impact across assigned initiatives.
