resolution for complex network and firewall incidents.\nManage and support FortiGate Firewall and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) environments using Firewall Management Center (FMC).\nDesign, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching environments, including VLANs, OSPF, BGP, and STP.\nSupport enterprise wireless networks and resolve performance, connectivity, and authentication issues.\nTroubleshoot DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, and end-to-end network connectivity issues.\nParticipate in network monitoring, incident management, problem management, and change management activities.\nPerform root-cause analysis, document resolutions, and recommend preventive actions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to restore services and deliver network changes effectively.\nMaintain accurate network documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n10+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering and enterprise network operations.\nStrong experience with FortiGate Firewall and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD).\nPractical experience with Cisco Firewall Management Center (FMC).\nStrong knowledge of Cisco routing and switching.\nExpertise in VLANs, OSPF, BGP, and STP.\nExperience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise wireless networks.\nStrong troubleshooting skills across DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPN, and network connectivity.\nExperience with network monitoring, incident management, and change management processes.\nStrong analytical, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.\nDesired Skills\nCisco ISE, including RADIUS, TACACS+, and 802.1X.\nAzure Networking, including VNet, NSG, VPN Gateway, and ExpressRoute.\nSD-WAN experience with Aruba EdgeConnect/Silver Peak.\nExperience with LogicMonitor, Splunk, and
