As an analyst for Services Operations, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that we effectively monitor and improve our services operations, deeply understand issues that impact our group, and work closely with operations, finance, and engineering partners to set the right business priorities to best support the organization\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nWorking with cross-functional partners and internal tools, which include but are not limited to Salesforce (SF), Financial Force Accounting (FFA), and Salesforce PSA, to provide best-in-class monitoring and alerting for the TSS organization, by way of dashboards, ad-hoc data pulls, and regular business reviews \nAppling your knowledge in business analysis, technical knowledge, and presentation of data to identify trends and opportunities for scale \nCompiling and or running of reports and distributing to required stakeholders throughout the organization from leadership to individual contributors on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence \nCreation of new reports and or dashboards within native salesforce or salesforce analytics (Tableau) to increase the visibility of key metrics with the organization \nContinued focus on improving the processes and system configurations to make operations as streamlined and accurate as possible. \nEducation and Experience\nExperience with the Salesforce Platform Suite \nPrevious experience working in a Services Organization \nPrevious experience as a Salesforce Administrator \nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities\nAnalytical thinker who can break down complex problems using data and technology \nAbility to work independently and follow process documentation \nAbility to stay organized and composed while managing multiple tasks \nStrong documentation skills \nHighly Proficient in working with Microsoft Excel \nTableau experience would be a plus \nExperience providing top-level customer service \nA passion for cutting-edge technology \nLearns quickly and adapts well to new challenges \nEnthusiastic and motivated to learn and
