Reporting to the Branch Manager, the CSR/Warehouse Associate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day sales activities of the branch.\nJOB DUTIES:\nProvide clients with an unsurpassed level of customer service, expertise, and convenience throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.\nAnswer telephone calls and greet clients as they enter the customer service area.\nProcess customer orders efficiently and accurately; maintain open order and quote reports; and follow up on backorders.\nCommunicate with customers regarding order status and estimated delivery dates.\nSchedule deliveries and conduct customer reminder calls.\nScan and maintain all required documentation in the imaging system, including purchase orders (POs), receivers, and proof of delivery (POD) documents.\nProcess, package, and ship orders accurately and in a timely manner.\nOrganize stock and maintain inventory levels and supplies, rotating inventory as needed.\nAccurately inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to vendors, customers, and other locations.\nPerform cycle counts and restock shelves using forklifts, ladders, or manual methods as appropriate.\nComply with all company safety, health, and housekeeping regulations.\nProcess inventory transfer documentation to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.\nMaintain regular and reliable attendance, consistent with applicable ADA and FMLA requirements.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nJOB QUALIFICATIONS:\nMust be at least 18 years of age.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nForklift certification preferred, or the ability and willingness to obtain certification.\nPrior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred.\nExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.\nPositive attitude and strong work ethic.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base, including homeowners, builders, architects, and designers.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nSelf-motivated with a high level of energy, initiative, and enthusiasm.\nDemonstrated customer service and relationship-selling skills with a customer-focused approach.\nSolutions-oriented mindset with exceptional follow-through and accountability.\nBasic math skills, including the ability to take accurate measurements and perform routine calculations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Windows-based computer applications and business software.\nAbility to thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced work environment.\nAbility to work overtime and flexible schedules as business needs require.\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nOccasionally expected to lift up to 50-75 pounds. \nOccasionally working outside for a certain period of time. \nFrequently working in extreme hot or cold environments. \nMENTAL DEMANDS:\nThink analytically\nMake decisions\nDevelop options and implement solutions\nWork effectively with a team\nAttention to detail\nCommunicate effectively\nMultitask in a fast-paced environment\nWork with a sense of urgency\nAHF Products provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.\nAHF Products is a leading hard surface flooring manufacturer in the USA with a family of trusted brands serving the residential and commercial hardwood, tile, and vinyl flooring markets.
