We're recruiting skilled Millwrights, Industrial Electricians, Fitters & Turners, and Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering diploma holders to join a well-established production operation in The Netherlands.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\n Perform routine, preventative, and reactive maintenance on production line machinery\n\n Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults on various industrial equipment\n\n Maintain and service hydraulic and pneumatic systems\n\n Conduct mechanical fitting and turning, including welding (stainless steel and aluminium)\n\n Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards and production protocols\n\n Support continuous improvement by identifying and resolving recurring issues\n\n Monitor performance and diagnose faults using tools, sensors, and PLC systems (Siemens experience beneficial)\n\n Collaborate with production and technical teams to reduce downtime\n\n Participate in shift work and be available for overtime when required\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\n\n Red Seal Certification or N5/N6 in Mechanical/Electrical fields\n\n Diploma in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering\n\n 2–4 years’ experience in a production or industrial environment (agriculture, food, or mining)\n\n Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills\n\n Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, welding (SS/Alu), PLCs (Siemens)\n\n Fluent in Afrikaans and English\n\n Valid passport and driver’s license\n\n Willingness to relocate and work shifts\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n Competative salary (as per Dutch IND/VISA standard)\n\n 25 paid leave days per year + paid Dutch public holidays\n\n Holiday bonus of 8.33% of annual gross salary\n\n Shift and overtime allowances paid separately\n\n Travel reimbursement (€0.23/km)\n\nRelocation & Onboarding Support:\n\n €3000 NET relocation bonus\n\n Full visa and work permit assistance for you and your family\n\n Support in securing accommodation, including upfront payment of first month’s rent and deposit\n\n Airport pickup and onboarding assistance (bank account, healthcare, BSN, registration)\n\n Social events, welcome dinners, and help integrating into Dutch culture and systems\n\nInterested?\nMake the move.
