To accelerate the company's growth in the U.S. OEM sector, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional with a proven track record who can develop and grow OEM sales in the North American automotive market as well as non-automotive markets. Their sales office is located in Greenville, SC and the production Plant in Emporia, VA. The role will report to the CEO & President.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.\nIdentify and locate new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.\nDevelop and execute specific sales strategies for each potential OEM accounts.\nManage the entire sales process and ensure that sold projects get developed and delivered on time and budget.\nAnswer RFQs, negotiate prices, terms of sales, and/or service agreements; prepare contracts and submit orders.\nCollaborate with purchasing departments, managers, and other staff to ensure purchase orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.\nApply knowledge of the product features to match products to the needs of clients.\nAnswer inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.\nCoordinate with global key account team to ensure information sharing and aligned sales strategies towards the global OEM accounts.\nCommunicate and coordinate sales forecasts, stock levels, purchase orders, and other matters related to managing this account.\nAll other sales duties as assigned by the CEO & President.\nMinimum Education, Experience and Core Competency Requirements\nMinimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in automotive sales or account management.\nMust have knowledge/experience of injection molding or plastic manufacturing in the automotive industry.\nMust have track record of managing sales activities of others to achieve revenue objectives.\nStrong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nWorking knowledge of and/or adaptability to company culture.\nStrong problem-solving and team building skills.\nCollaborative attitude and focus.\nAbility to travel within the U.S. and Canada, and internationally on a limited basis.\nWhat the company has to offer?\nBeing part of a “startup” organization in the US with support from European Headquarter\nBenefits package: health, dental, vision, life etc. with great employer contribution\nAttractive PTO package\n401K\nBonus potential\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nThe company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
