At the same time, you will be the driving force behind our AI-Native Testing division: you will use AI agents and smart scripting to proactively detect bugs, setting new quality standards in our crew.\nLocation: Linz\nDevelopment of new APIs with Spring & Kotlin and design of database solutions with MongoDB\nConducting manual and automated software tests (Web & Mobile) and evaluation of AI agents for testing\nAutomation of tests and setup of test environments using AI & scripting\nCareful implementation of new features, documentation in Swagger/OpenAPI, and deployment via CI/CD & Docker\nContinuous development of the testing process and internal QA standards\nUse of AI coding agents to optimize the developer experience and test coverage\nClose collaboration with the crew to ensure the highest code quality\nProfound knowledge of Kotlin as well as the Spring Framework\nPractical experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and a passion for AI-native testing\nConfident handling of QA structures, common testing practices, and automation tools\nHigh quality standards, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for software projects\nCommunicative, team-oriented, and fluent in German and English\nFullstack spirit: Motivation to actively contribute to other platforms as well, supported by AI agents\nFluent in German and English\nExperience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean) and CI/CD pipelines\nExperience using tools such as Bruno, Postman, AppTester / Testflight\nExperience with tools like Bruno or Postman\nBasic knowledge of frontend frameworks (React / Next.js)\nYour salary depends on your qualifications and experience. Based on your seniority, we offer a significant overpayment above the collective agreement minimum salary. Legal notice: The IT collective agreement (ST1) applies to this position.
