problem statements.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Advanced MS Office skills (MS Visio, SharePoint).\n\n- Azure DevOps (ADO Boards).\n\n- Program Management tools.\n\n- SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass.\n\n- Power BI reporting and dashboard development capability.\n\nBusiness Analyst & PMO Skills : \n\n- Data analysis, reporting, and Excel-based analytics.\n\n- Management-level presentation preparation.\n\n- RAID log management, meeting minutes, action tracking.\n\n- Daily scrum facilitation and Agile project delivery.\n\n- Multi-project and multi-workstream management.\n\nSoft Skills : \n\n- Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management.\n\n- Ability to influence at strategic and operational levels.\n\n- Self-motivated and highly organized.\n\nSkills\nBusiness Analyst,
