This role is ideal for someone starting their career in recruitment and looking to gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring across technology, product, and business functions.\nYou will work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand requirements, source relevant candidates, coordinate interviews, and support candidates throughout the hiring process.\nKey Responsibilities:\nUnderstand hiring requirements and prepare/modify job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.\nSource candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.\nScreen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to assess skills, experience, and role fit.\nMaintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers/ATS.\nCoordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.\nEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.\nFollow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, offers, and joining formalities.\nCoordinate with hiring managers to track interview feedback and hiring decisions.\nSupport offer rollouts, negotiation discussions, and pre-joining engagement.\nMaintain accurate recruitment MIS and prepare regular hiring reports.\nBuild and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.\nSupport employer branding and recruitment-related initiatives.\nStay updated on relevant talent markets, sourcing channels, and recruitment trends.\n\nRequirements:\n0-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a similar role.\nFresher’s with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment may also apply.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\nStrong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.\nGood working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office/Google Workspace.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms will be an added advantage.\n\nPreferred Skills:\nCandidate sourcing and screening\nBoolean search / LinkedIn sourcing\nInterview coordination\nStakeholder management\nCandidate engagement\nRecruitment MIS & reporting\nBasic understanding of technology and product hiring\n\nWhat We Offer:\nHands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment.\nOpportunity to work closely with business and technology leaders.\nExposure to hiring across Technology, Product, Business, and Corporate functions.\nFast-paced start-up environment with significant learning opportunities.\nOpportunity to grow within the Talent Acquisition and broader HR function.\n\nWho Should Apply?\nWe are looking for someone who is curious, energetic, proactive, and comfortable talking to people.
