But the company is growing very fast, and so is our team.\nAbout the role\nWe’re looking for AI Implementation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of automation, AI-assisted development, and practical tool-building. You’ll work alongside our existing engineers to design, build, and maintain the internal tools and automated workflows that power day-to-day operations across the company.\nThe work is hands-on and fast-moving: you’ll turn business needs into working solutions using n8n, LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI), and AI-assisted development tools like Replit and Claude Code.\nIf you build with AI, want real ownership over features, and want to work closely with the people who use what you build, this is the role for you.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, and maintain n8n workflows that automate internal business processes.\n\nTroubleshoot and improve existing automations to keep them reliable, efficient, and easy to maintain.\n\nDevelop and launch lightweight internal tools using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Replit.\n\nIntegrate systems and services through APIs and webhooks, including LLM APIs such as Claude and OpenAI.\n\nWork directly with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical solutions.\n\nTest tools and workflows, gather user feedback, and deliver improvements as business needs evolve.\n\nContribute new features to the team’s Operational Hub and collaborate with engineers on technical decisions.\n\nTake ownership of assigned projects, from requirements gathering through launch and ongoing support.\n\nRequirements\n2+ years of professional experience in QA (preferred), analytics, or project management. Hands-on programming skills are also welcome.\n\nHands-on experience building, debugging, and maintaining workflows in n8n or Make.com.\n\nAbility to build and ship functional applications using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Replit, Cursor, or similar.\n\nA working understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues.\n\nBasic proficiency in SQL, ideally BigQuery, including reading and working with structured data.\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.\n\nAbility to understand business processes, clarify requirements, and translate them into practical tools and automations.\n\nA proactive approach to problem-solving, willingness to learn, and ownership of your work.\n\nNice to have\nExperience with Google APIs, particularly Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.\n\nFamiliarity with Clerk or similar authentication and authorization tools.\n\nKnowledge of React or basic frontend development.\n\nExperience integrating Slack, Asana, HubSpot, or similar business tools.\n\nExperience in AdTech or MarTech.\n\nPortfolio\nIf we move forward after the initial HR interview, we’ll ask you to share a portfolio of tools or automations you’ve delivered.
