We work with employees and contractors across multiple countries and legal entities, using different employment models and external providers. As the company scales, we’re expanding the team to strengthen day-to-day People Operations and continue improving the processes behind them.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and maintain accurate employee data across HRIS and other People systems.\n\nPrepare and coordinate HR documentation across different legal entities.\n\nSupport employee lifecycle changes, including updates to roles, compensation, and employment status.\n\nCoordinate document signing and ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and well organized.\n\nSupport relocation and immigration-related processes, including residence permits and work authorization.\n\nMaintain HR trackers, reports, and operational data.\n\nSupport employees and contractors across different engagement models.\n\nPartner with People Partners, People Coordinators, Finance, payroll providers, and other external partners.\n\nContribute to the upcoming HRIS transition and help ensure a smooth migration of employee data and processes.\n\nRequirements\n2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HR Administration, preferably in a larger or fast-growing international company.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with employee administration and HR documentation.\n\nExperience working with HRIS or other People-related systems.\n\nGood understanding of HR administration and labor-related processes.\n\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with employee data and documents.\n\nGood communication and coordination skills.\n\nEnglish proficiency at B2+ level.\n\nAbility to work from our Belgrade office 1-2 times per week.\n\nNice to have\nExperience supporting a varied, international workforce across different contract types, legal entities, locations and working models.\n\nExperience with HRIS implementation or migration.\n\nWhat You Get\n31 days of paid time off: 21 days of annual leave + 10 days of sick leave, because your health and work-life balance matter.\n\nPrivate health insurance and FitPass: supporting your well-being both inside and outside of work.\n\nGrowth-focused environment: access to learning resources and clear pathways for growth.\n\nFun team events: virtual cooking classes, yoga sessions, team quizzes and more.\n\nA culture of trust: we cut the red tape - results over rules always.
