In this role, you’ll focus on the tactical execution of recruiting: sourcing candidates, screening, managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes, while using advanced AI tools to reimagine how recruiting should work. Recruiting like it's 2023 (before modern Generative AI) no longer makes sense. This role gives you an opportunity to be at the forefront of the changing recruiting landscape and make an impact on its direction. This is not a traditional recruiter role. You’ll actively use AI tools to automate manual tasks, accelerate sourcing, and improve candidate experience. You will partner closely with our engineering team as a domain expert on recruiting, and provide feedback on what tools would be most helpful. assistance from our AI systems, source and engage technical candidates across AI/ML, data science, software engineering, and full-stack development.\n- With AI assistance, screen inbound applicants and coordinate next steps.\n- Help host in-person recruiting events to engage candidates across the AI community.\n- Manage assigned pipelines from sourcing → screening → interview coordination → close.\n- Draft outreach messages, schedule interviews, and maintain timely communication.\n- Support offer logistics and negotiation.\nGenAI-Enabled Recruiting\n- Extensively use our GenAI tools to accelerate sourcing, candidate research, screening, and automation of multiple steps of the recruiting workflow.\n- Experiment and assist with the development of new AI tools and continually refine how we recruit.\nCandidate Experience\n- Ensure clear, warm, and timely communication for all candidates.\n- Represent the brands and missions of DeepLearning AI and AI Fund with professionalism and authenticity.\nProcess & Operations\n- Keep ATS pipelines clean, organized, and up to date.\n- Track recruiting metrics and surface insights that improve speed and quality.\n- Contribute to templates, checklists, and workflows that keep recruiting running smoothly.\n- Support event-based recruitment strategies.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n- 1-3+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or talent coordination.\n- Hands-on experience hiring technical talent (AI/ML, DS, SWE, or full-stack).\n- Creative sourcing skills using a variety of information sources.\n- Experience managing multiple pipelines and coordinating across stakeholders.\n- Thoughts on why the existing paradigm of recruiting is broken, and how you would improve it.\n- Ability to work in-office in
