This is a high-leverage role working closely with engineering, design, and our founding team.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDefine product strategy, scope, and roadmap for one or more product areas (e.g. RCM, workflow automation, clinical tools, or AI agents).\n\nConduct discovery with healthcare practices to deeply understand user needs and pain points.\n\nCollaborate with designers and engineers to bring products from concept to launch and iterate based on feedback.\n\nAnalyze usage patterns, success metrics, and operational impact to inform continuous improvements.\n\nHelp shape the culture and processes of our growing product team.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in healthtech or enterprise SaaS.\n\nStrong product instincts and UX sensibility-you care about both function and form.\n\nDemonstrated ability to ship high-quality products in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nComfort with ambiguity, curiosity about complex systems, and a bias toward action.\n\nNice to Haves\nExperience building tools for providers or back-office staff in healthcare settings.\n\nExposure to revenue cycle workflows, EMRs, or healthcare interoperability standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR).\n\nFamiliarity with AI-powered product
