development, collaborate across teams, and gain exposure to the challenges of building scalable healthcare infrastructure.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and ship production features used by healthcare providers every day\n\nWork on backend services, APIs, and frontend systems across the Hipp platform\n\nDesign and implement scalable systems supporting Hipp’s AI-native EMR and billing platform\n\nCollaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code\n\nParticipate in code reviews and engineering discussions\n\nTake ownership of meaningful projects and see your work move from idea to production\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field\n\nStrong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals\n\nExperience with at least one programming language such as:\nTypeScript / JavaScript\n\nPython\n\nGo\n\nJava\n\nFamiliarity with modern web development technologies (React, Node.js, APIs)\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and curiosity for learning new technologies\n\nAbility to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)\n\nFamiliarity with distributed systems or
