In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and documenting program code based on user requirements and aligned with system and technical specifications.\n\nSKILLS & EXPERIENCE\n\nMaster’s degree in software engineering\n\nMinimum 6 years of full-time experience working as a Software Engineer\n\n- Analyse system requirements and write technical documentation for company policies and user guides.\n\n- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and highlight software limitations in order to provide recommendations on software purchase and upgrade.\n\n- Implement the testing plan and quality standards for enterprise applications, debug existing source code, and polish feature sets.\n\n- Coordinate with the Technical Director on current programming tasks and collaborate with other programmers to design and implement features.\n\n- Create and document software tools that artists or other developers require and quickly produce well-organised, optimised, and documented source code.\n\n- Researching, consulting, analysing and evaluating system program needs.\n\n- Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods.\n\n- Testing, debugging, diagnosing and correcting errors and faults in an application programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification.\n\n- Writing and maintaining program code to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards.\n\n- Writing, updating and maintaining technical programs, end-user documentation and operational procedures.\n\n- Providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades.\n\nRequirements:\n\n- Attention to detail is essential and all tasks must be carried out to the highest standard.\n\n- Certified as TOSCA -
