So that together we can support even more people - including our own - to live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nIf you believe in better, we’d love to hear from you.\nAbout the Role\nThis internship supports data analysis, campaign promotion, and business operations for the Agency Marketing and Engagement team, including executing promotional initiatives and providing efficient administrative support to drive agency business results.Roles and Responsibilities:\nProvide timely, accurate, and comprehensive operational and administrative support to the team\n\nAssist in execution of incentive campaigns aligned with business objectives and targets\n\nPrepare and deliver communications across various channels-including intranet, memos, newsletters, social media, email, and instant messaging-using the most appropriate format based on the message content and context for the agency force\n\nParticipate in company and agency events, special task forces, and projects related to agency business development initiatives and other business-related activities\n\nSupport event’s operations (e.g. research vendor, venue, catering, decorators) and choose the best combination of quality and cost\n\nSupport business projection, performance tracking and analytic\n\nEnsure the reports in correct format within time frames to enable effective decision making\n\nParticipate in business initiatives, special projects, and agency development activities\n\nCollaborate closely with teammates and stakeholders across departments\n\nPerform additional tasks assigned by the manager as needed\n\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nUndergraduate student in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of data tools is an advantage)\n\nExcellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both required)\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\n\nDetail-oriented, analytical, and able to handle multiple tasks\n\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently\n\nA good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership\n\nPassion for marketing, communications, and insurance business is a plus\n\nAbility to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders\n\nOthers:\nYou are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities\n\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
