We will equip you with the critical skills, tools and technology, and endless opportunities to learn, contribute and thrive in a dynamic and exciting environment.\nIf you want to shape a brighter future at AIA Digital+, please read on.\nAbout the Role\nProvide ongoing support for the SAP BI system in relation to data modelling and monitoring.Ensure the SAP BI objects adhered to AIA standards.\nPerform BAU Activities - Incident, Service and Change Request: o Perform diagnosis / investigation / troubleshooting. o Perform configuration changes/ fixes to resolve incident. o Manage all assigned SNOW ticket pertaining to enquiries and incidents and deliver according to SLA target. o Develop & update Change Scope Analysis (CSA) and documentation i.e. Functional Specification Documentation (FSD). o Perform configuration / code changes & Unit Test (including coordination with 3rd party where necessary). o Prepare test scenarios & acceptance criteria. o Inform on readiness for Regression Test / Production deployment o Close ticket upon successful Production deployment OR Close ticket upon receiving successful-deployment-confirmation from Integration Manager. o Perform Post Deployment Validation.\nComply with GASC USC-Finance operational policy (i.e. Complexity Matrix, Standard Operating Procedure) which are generally of moderate to complex scenarios for SAP BI.\nPositive collaboration with all stakeholders on BAU related matters.\nSupport end users in system usage and assist in raising overall SAP proficiency of the end user base and act as a GASC USC-Finance ambassador.\nProvide training for end users.\nParticipate in project activities with mainly on BI focus.\nBe aware of business process improvements opportunities and to raise it to the team.\nMay require standby and shift arrangements.\nEnsure that the daily data loading activity complete successfully.\nEnsure that all data and reports are up to date during month-end closing.\nSupporting Team Manager on work assignments as per required.\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Systems, or Engineering or Business-related degree majoring in computing systems\nMore than 8 years of SAP BI experience\nExperience with BW/4HANA landscape and Analysis for Office is a must.\nExperience troubleshooting complex HANA Calculation View and ABAP Routine\nKnowledge of SAP FICO and Treasury modules will be an added advantage.\nCertificates/licenses:\nSAP certification/training in SAP BI, BW/4HANA.\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
