Across our diverse markets, you will take on meaningful challenges, collaborate with talented colleagues and help turn ideas into positive outcomes for our customers and communities.\nJoin us to shape what comes next, grow through new experiences and extend your impact across Asia.\nAbout the Role\nResponsible for providing guidance and advisory on risks and controls in operational risk related areas such as distribution, regulatory compliance, financial and operational processes, and systems and information security\nJob Description\nJob Responsibilities:\nEnsure the team to process all compliance screening that are outsourced to the department according to the agreed Standard Operating Procedure and guidelines.\n\nAssist in the implementation of an effective Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Framework to ensure compliance with AML regulations and Group Compliance policies.\n\nTo carry out screening and reviewing activities in order to ensure compliance with regulatory and AIA HK requirements and to reduce any reputational, legal and financial risk.\n\nProvide support to liaise with Hong Kong team and ensure their requests and queries are promptly responded.\n\nAssist to oversee the operations team in OSS office and ensure they are well-coordinated. Issues are promptly escalated to key Management where appropriate.\n\nEnsure task assigned are being processed accurately with prudent risk assessment being performed and within the agreed TAT and Quality as documented in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the business partner.\n\nJob Requirements:\nCandidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree, Postgraduate, Professional Degree, Insurance or Financial related qualifications.\n\nPossess experience in group insurance or life insurance operations will be an advantage.\n\nDetails oriented, Self-motivated and customer orientated.\n\nMust be a good team player.\n\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nGood time management and organization skills.\n\nGood PC skills.\n\nProficient in both Chinese and English.\n\nProficient in traditional Chinese reading and writing will be an advantage.\n\nWilling to work in IOI City Mall, Tower 1, Putrajaya.\n\nThe role is required following Hong Kong working calendar.\n\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
