The role contributes to the continuous improvement of reporting accuracy, efficiency, and usability to support business decision-making and operational oversight\nReporting & Automation Delivery\nPrepare and maintain scheduled reports and dashboards for operational teams and management.\nAutomate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel macros, Power BI automations, and Python scripts.\nCollect, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting outputs.\nCollaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and support timely delivery.\nTroubleshoot issues in reporting tools and automation processes to ensure data integrity.\nAssist in documenting reporting processes and automation workflows for transparency and handover purposes.\nSupport and Collaboration\nWork with cross-functional teams within insurance operations to ensure accurate data collection and reporting alignment.\nProvide first-level support for reporting requests and coordinate with senior team members for advanced analytics needs.\nContribute to team meetings and backlog grooming sessions to help prioritize tasks and reporting enhancements\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
