Reporting Production, prepare and maintain:\nDaily reports\n\nWeekly reports\n\nMonthly dashboards\n\nManagement reports\n\nKPI scorecards\n\n2. Data Analysis:\nSales Regions performance\n\nSales trends\n\nComplaint trends\n\nQuality findings\n\nGovernance exceptions\n\nIdentify root causes and recommendations.\n\n3. Dashboard Management, maintain:\nPower BI dashboards\n\nExcel automation\n\nReporting databases\n\nKPI monitoring tools\n\n4. Operational Intelligence Support, provide insights for:\nBusiness Support\n\nQuality Assurance\n\nError trends\n\nComplaint drivers\n\nQuality scoring\n\nGovernance\n\nCompliance breaches\n\nAudit findings\n\nControl effectiveness\n\n5. Data Quality, ensure:\nData completeness\n\nData reconciliation\n\nReport accuracy\n\nTimely delivery\n\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nDegree in Business / Finance or equivalent\n\n3 - 5 years of experience in insurance / banca or financial industry.\n\nExperience working with large datasets and business reporting.\n\nAdvanced in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, Pivot Tables, Power Query, data validation and report preparation.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data visualization, KPI reporting and automation.\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into recommendations.\n\nStrong team player, highly committed and accountable.\n\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
