It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.\nMediCard is currently lookingfor assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:\nSupervises all clinic staff to ensure smooth clinic operations of all sections.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDaily monitoring of attendance and ensures fast and efficient delivery of service to patients.\nCoordinates with doctors and dentists regarding daily attendance and changes in their schedule.\nCollates and reviews all reports of his/her subordinates prior to submission to Senior Supervisor.\nEnsures the availability of accurate and timely results.\nIn-Charge of training of new staff on his/her specific role in the clinic, regarding clinic SOP, and use of clinic management system.\nPerforms re-training and coaching of existing staff regularly or as needed.\nIn-Charge of doing performance evaluation of his/her subordinates for submission to senior supervisor.\nCoordinates with other Clinic Heads for any endorsements as needed.\nAttends department meeting with other Clinic Heads and other meetings as required.\nCoordinates with suppliers of clinic machine/equipment for any issues encountered as needed.\nTo render overtime, if necessary, after regular working hours even during non-working days due to workload.\nPerforms initial investigation of NFC/NCs or complaints received involving his/her subordinates. Perform Root Cause Analysis and give appropriate correction and corrective action.\nPerforms other related tasks incidental to the work described herein.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation : Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably BS Nursing, Med Tech, or Rad tech and board passer\nExperience : At least 1 year work experience in Supervisory role\nOther Skills : Average verbal and written communications, with initiative, organized and with patience.
