by strong governance, enhanced observability and AIOps capabilities, and clear architecture and engineering leadership.Build and maintain secure, enterprise-grade Azure environments that meet regulatory and compliance requirements.\nDrive automation and modernization through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and modern cloud engineering practices.\nEnsure platform resilience through high availability, reliability, scalability, and disaster recovery capabilities.\nEstablish and enforce governance, risk, and compliance controls, including policies, guardrails, tagging standards, and security baselines.\n• Enhance operational effectiveness through observability, AIOps, cost optimization, and technical leadership.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nCloud Infrastructure Engineering\nDesign, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Azure cloud environments that are secure, scalable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.\n\nDevelop and implement infrastructure automation solutions using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.\n\nEnsure high availability, reliability, scalability, and disaster recovery readiness across cloud platforms.\n\nLead cloud modernization and platform transformation initiatives.\n\nDrive cloud cost optimization initiatives and support engineering teams in understanding and managing cloud cost drivers.\n\nGovernance, Risk & Compliance\nOperate within enterprise governance frameworks and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations.\n\nEnforce cloud governance controls, including resource tagging, cost management, security baselines, and policy compliance.\n\nCollaborate with risk, audit, and compliance teams to meet internal and external regulatory requirements.\n\nDefine and implement cloud guardrails, Azure Policies, and governance blueprints.\n\nObservability & AIOps Integration\nCollaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and AIOps teams to strengthen end-to-end observability across cloud infrastructure.\n\nIntegrate AIOps capabilities to enable proactive incident detection, root cause analysis, and automated remediation.\n\nDevelop and maintain SLIs, SLOs, dashboards, and alerting mechanisms to ensure optimal platform performance and reliability.\n\nArchitecture & Engineering Alignment\nPartner closely with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps.\n\nContribute to architecture reviews, solution approvals, and technology selection decisions.\n\nTranslate business and architectural requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.\n\nInnovation & Leadership\nDemonstrate innovation leadership by driving the adoption of modern cloud practices, automation, and emerging technologies.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, platform engineering, and AIOps capabilities.\n\nProvide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and influence engineering best practices.\n\nChampion a DevOps culture, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence across teams.\n\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nTechnical Expertise\n8-12+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong focus on cloud technologies (Azure preferred).\n\nDeep knowledge of Azure services (compute, networking, storage, security, identity), Azure Landing Zones and enterprise-scale architecture, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).\n\nProven experience implementing observability solutions, preferably Dynatrace or similar AIOps platforms.\n\nKnowledge of Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud) would be an advantage.\n\nGovernance & Regulated Environment\nProven experience working in highly regulated industries such as banking, insurance, healthcare, or government.\n\nStrong understanding of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS benchmarks) and Cloud governance models and compliance controls.\n\nExperience operating within engineering governance frameworks and approval processes.\n\nArchitecture Collaboration\nExperience working with or supporting Enterprise Architecture functions.\n\nAbility to interpret and implement enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, and design principles.\n\nLeadership & Soft Skills\nDemonstrated innovation leadership and a proven ability to drive transformation initiatives.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to operate effectively in complex, matrixed enterprise environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertifications:\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert\n\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert\n\nRelevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP) are an added advantage\n\nExperience with:\nCI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)\n\nContainer platforms (Kubernetes, AKS)\n\nPlatform engineering and
