Because we want to be even better equipped to develop digital solutions and experiences that help more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nTo get there, we need people with tech/digital/analytics expertise and passion to help develop positive, sustainable change through digitally enhanced experiences that will impact the lives of millions of people and create a healthier future for everyone.\nIf you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on.\nAbout the Role\nIn this role, the Data Governance Consultant will be responsible for:- the development and execution of Data Strategies and Data Governance initiatives of AIA Singapore\n- Developing best practice to support business decisions with measurable success to drive business growth, effectiveness and create valuable best practices in the market\n- Developing processes, tools and governance framework to harness and manage internal and external data to help business units deliver superior business insights\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and execute enterprise data governance and data strategy initiatives aligned with the Enterprise Data Roadmap, partnering closely with business data owners and data stewards.\nEstablish, implement, and promote data governance frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.\nLead data quality assessment and improvement programs for critical data elements, leveraging governance tools such as Metadata Management, Master Data Management (MDM), Reference Data Management, and Data Quality platforms.\nDefine and maintain enterprise data models and data warehouse structures to ensure alignment with business requirements, scalability, and consistency.\nDrive continuous improvement of data quality, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness through governance controls, monitoring, and reporting to relevant governance forums.\nCollaborate with business and technology stakeholders to strengthen data architecture, data accountability, and data sharing capabilities, while exploring AI-driven solutions (including Databricks AI and Genie) to enhance data governance and business value delivery.\nCoordinate and facilitate governance-related discussions, working groups, and council meetings, including the preparation, consolidation, and presentation of management reporting materials\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline,\n5-8 years of experience in Data Governance, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Quality, or related data management functions.\nStrong knowledge of Data Governance frameworks, data quality management, metadata management, data lineage, and enterprise data management principles.\nHands-on experience with Data Governance platforms such as Data360 and proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable analytics and BI tools.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze, manage, and derive insights from large, complex, and high-volume datasets sourced from multiple systems.\nExperience designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and business performance monitoring.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and successfully deliver multiple initiatives within established timelines.\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
