This role bridges the gap between development and operations by enabling continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and proactive system monitoring.\n- This position will work closely with cross-functional engineering, security, and product teams to build robust CI/CD pipelines, optimize cloud resources, enforce best practices, and deliver reliable platform services that support business growth. The role also includes troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, improving system performance, and driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and cloud maturity across the organization.\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n1) Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering\nDesign, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) following well-architected frameworks.\nMaintain hybrid cloud or on-prem infrastructure, including virtualization, storage, network, and monitoring systems.\n2) DevOps & Automation\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple application stacks.\nImplement Infrastructure-as-Code using tools such as Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation, or Ansible.\nManage code repositories, branching strategies, and deployment automation.\nSupport application teams in release processes and troubleshoot pipeline issues.\nAutomate operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.\n3) System Reliability & Performance\nEnsure high system availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.\nMonitor and troubleshoot performance issues across infrastructure, network, and services.\nImprove reliability through proactive capacity planning and optimization.\n4) Security & Compliance\nWork with security teams to apply cloud governance, identity management, and compliance standards.\nImplement vulnerability scanning, patching, and security monitoring automation.\n5) Collaboration & Support\nPartner with software engineering, data, and product teams to design scalable deployment architectures.\nProvide L3 technical support for complex infrastructure incidents.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational guidelines.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS:\nEducation:\nB.A. Degree in Computer Science\nCertificate/license:\nCertifications such as AZ-104, AZ-900, AWS Associate, Terraform Associate, or CKA (junior level) are beneficial.\nExperience:\nAt least 3-4 years of experience in Network System Administration and IT Infrastructure\nExperience in GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux).\nKnowledge of service mesh (Istio, Linkerd).\nExperience with serverless architectures.\nExperience with FinOps or cloud cost optimization.\nKnowledge of VMware, AWS, and Azure (Preferred)\nKnowledge of security best practices in DevOps.\nStrong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).\nSpecial Skills\nExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical experts, and executive leadership.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively.\nAbility to troubleshoot complex issues end-to-end.\nStrong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.\nSelf-driven mindset and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
