Across our diverse markets, you will take on real-world challenges, collaborate with talented colleagues and turn technology, data and bold ideas into simpler experiences, smarter solutions and positive outcomes for our customers and communities.\nJoin us to create what comes next, grow through new experiences and extend your impact across Asia.\nAbout the Role\nThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, driving impactful digital initiatives that enhance user experiences, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth.\nYou will actively participate in solving complex problems, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and leveraging technology to create meaningful outcomes, deliveries and implementation of strategic & BAU initiatives in the areas of requirements, UAT and post implementation support.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Management\nEngage stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and document business rules.\nPrepare and review business requirements to meet current and future business needs.\nDevelop UAT test scenarios, conditions, and expected results based on business requirements.\nProject Delivery & Governance\nSupport the delivery and implementation of strategic initiatives and BAU enhancements.\nEnsure compliance with project and QA governance standards.\nCollaborate with Leads and stakeholders to prioritize changes, identify gaps, and mitigate delivery risks.\nProduction Support & Continuous Improvement\nResolve production issues, identify process and system gaps, and track enhancement opportunities.\nSupport post-production activities to ensure platform stability and user satisfaction.\nTraining & Knowledge Management\nDevelop training materials, maintain the Knowledge Library, and conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.\nOperational Support\nManage platform-related enquiries and provide user support.\nPerform ad hoc panel listing uploads, including data transformation activities.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis, digital solution delivery, or system implementation, preferably within the Corporate Solutions domain.\nProficient in leveraging digital tools and platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, AS400, and other business analysis tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable business improvements.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under tight deadlines, and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.\nDigitally savvy with a strong interest in emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), and a passion for leveraging digital solutions to enhance user experience and business outcomes.\nSelf-motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude, strong learning agility, and a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success.\nAble to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining a collaborative, dependable, and results-oriented team player.\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
