IS will conduct financial planning analysis with customers, recommend suitable life insurance products, and ensure sales targets are met, while complying with regulations and business processesRoles and Responsibilities:\nAct as frontline life insurance sales staff in bank branch. - selling life and health insurance products either in-branch sales or at customer's location \nConduct Financial Needs Analysis and identify customer's insurance needs; subsequently recommending life and health insurance products to best suit their needs \nEnsure sales targets are being met, while working closely with bank staff to optimize sales \nBuild relationship and collaborate with bank staff to build a strong pipeline of insurance prospects / leads \nWork closely with the AIA's sales manager and bank staff to identify opportunities to increase sales and customer retention \nWork closely with AIA's sales manager and participate in joint visits to improve sales skills and drive performance \nProvide quality customer service and after-sales services to maintain customer relationships (servicing, claims, complaints, etc.) \nEnsure adherence to sales quality and compliance standards \nPrepare periodic reports to update sales manager on sales progress and opportunities for improvement in branches \nMinimum Job Requirements:\nUniversity Degree\n1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within the financial services industry\nUnderstanding of financial planning concepts and practices.\nSales and customer service-oriented mindset\nHigh-performer and target driven\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
