DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESApproves in-patients information sheet.\nMonitors activities of In-house Liaison Officer during weekends or holidays.\nMonitors activities of Field Liaison Officer\nA. Date Gathering for in-patient: Status and Progress\nHistory of present illness\nAttending Physicians\nProcedure done\nFinal Diagnosis\nOther confinement details\nB. Attendance and tardiness of team members\nC. Check the location of his / her team members\nD. Prepares, issues and signs LOAs\nE. Encoding and updating of data into system\nF. Prepares and checking of itinerary report.\nG. Timely submission / completeness / integrity and consistency of paper works\nH. Ensures that all discharge details are updates in JUNO.\nMediates between approving officers and field liaison officers regarding in-patient approval status.\nResponsible for completeness of information / data needed for approval.\nMonitor team members where in all assigned areas are attended whether physically or via phone calls.\nResponsible for making sure that all admissions and discharges are known to head office.\nProvides assistance to Liaison Officer as needed for any concern that will arise • Provides training to Liaison Officers.\nResponsible for creating harmony within the team for optimal productivity.\nResponsible for checking all documents needed for ISO audit. Performs other task which may be assigned from time to time.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation - Graduate of any 4 year Medical course\nExperience - At least 2 years’ experience in clinic setting or working in an HMO is an advantage.\nOther skills: With above average communication and empathic skills. Good negotiator, flexible and can do multi-tasking.
