It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.\nMediCard is currently lookingfor assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:\nThe role is responsible for supervising all HSC and Referral Desk Staff and uphold that personalized medical services were given to all members.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESSupervises and monitors HSC and RD staff\nEnsures quality medical healthcare services are render to all members.\nMonitor and collate reports from all HSC and RD and submit to immediate superior on time,\nHandles and decide on concerns raised by Clinic and RD staff, resolves immediately and take appropriate action.\nGuide, coaches and motivates all clinic and referral desk staff.\nMonitor and evaluate clinic expenses and liquidation.\nEnsure that clinic equipment are functioning properly and calibrated on a regular basis.\nEnsure that clinic facility are well maintain.
