We will equip you with the critical skills, tools and technology, and endless opportunities to learn, contribute and thrive in a dynamic and exciting environment.\nIf you want to shape a brighter future at AIA Digital+, please read on.\nAbout the Role\nSupport HRIT operations by delivering simple system configuration changes, testing activities, documentation, data-related tasks, and AI-assisted initiatives while building foundational expertise in HR technology and digital solutions.Perform simple system configuration changes and support system enhancements under supervision.\nExecute testing, validation, and quality assurance activities, including AI-assisted testing.\nPrepare and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\nPerform data validation, quality checks, reporting, and other data-related activities.\nSupport AI initiatives through knowledge management, automation support, and bot performance monitoring.\nCollaborate with HRIT team members and stakeholders to support project delivery and operational requirements.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and operational excellence.\nDemonstrate accountability, quality, and a continuous learning mindset, with the opportunity to be considered for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.\nRequirements:\nUniversity / College graduate in computer science or other relevant discipline.\nHas experience in Java Programming is an added advantage\nPossess good analytical, communication, presentation and soft skills\nAble to write clearly and concisely\nAble to work extended hours when necessary\nPossess personal attributes such as maturity, interpersonal skills, professional integrity and initiative, self-motivation\nAble to manage priorities and tasks and time efficiently\nKeen to learn, a team player and have good working attitude\nAble to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks\nAble to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
