You also will be responsible for delivering standard reports on periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, statutory purpose.Key Responsibilities:\nTechnology Team\nDevelopment Support\nReview manual testing processes to identify areas for automation or improvement and support the development and testing of basic automation concepts.\n\nDocument findings and present outcomes through simple process maps, recommendations, or a working prototype/demo.\n\nArtificial intelligence (AI)\nSupport the AI Engineering team in building applications and agentic AI workflows aligned with user requirements and enterprise safety standards.\n\nAssist in ensuring solutions are suitable for production through adherence to governance, policy, and best practices.\n\nInfrastructure and Support\nAnalyze system performance data (uptime, incidents, and ticket volume) to identify trends, forecast demand, and provide insights for capacity planning and monitoring improvements.\n\nApply GenAI to develop and document prompt strategies for analysis, ensuring knowledge transfer to BAU for ongoing use.\n\nInsurance Operations\nAustralia Quality Assurance Team - Knowledge Management Automation\nSupport MIS reporting and automation by converting manual processes into automated solutions, including building dashboards and datasets using Power BI, Power Query, and MS Fabric.\n\nAssist in developing simple automations with Power Automate and support data preparation, validation, and documentation activities.\n\nInnovation Office - AI & Digital Solutioning\nSupport the development and testing of AI proof-of-concepts and MVPs, including copilots, analytics use cases, and intelligent automation solutions using Microsoft technologies.\n\nAssist in solution design, data exploration, documentation, and basic validation of models or logic to ensure effectiveness and usability.\n\nInnovation Office - Automation\nAssist in building and testing automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, including basic integrations and participation in testing and feedback cycles.\n\nSupport process documentation, as-is/to-be mapping, and maintenance of automation logs, test cases, and supporting materials.\n\nInnovation Office - Data Analytics & Insights\nSupport data preparation, validation, and analysis across multiple sources, including identifying trends and generating insights.\n\nDevelop dashboards and reports using Power BI and assist with ad-hoc analysis to support business decision-making.\n\nSingapore Operations - Underwriting & Issuance\nSupport the operations through administrative, coordination activities, and tracking of case progress and turnaround time (TAT).\n\nAssist in preparing basic operational reports and contribute to ad-hoc initiatives, process improvements, and cross-team coordination.\n\nSingapore Operations - Customer Service / Life Claims / Healthcare\nSupport SG CS Claims Operations in automation initiatives by identifying opportunities, improving workflows, and assisting with testing and implementation of automation solutions.\n\nContribute to process improvement by documenting processes, analyzing operational gaps, and providing administrative and coordination support for CS FWA and continuous improvement activities.\n\nNote: There are several internship positions available across various departments.
