We will equip you with the critical skills, tools and technology, and endless opportunities to learn, contribute and thrive in a dynamic and exciting environment.\nIf you want to shape a brighter future at AIA Digital+, please read on.\nAbout the Role\nAccountable for the maintenance, development and delivery of application solutions to support Ops related system.Roles and Responsibilities:\nDevelop and deliver high-quality AIAS enhancements within scope, timeline, and budget to meet business needs.\nProvide production support by resolving incidents and ensuring system stability and availability (≥99.94%).\nMaintain code quality through best practices, testing, and reviews to minimize defects.\nManage security and compliance by remediating vulnerabilities and closing audit findings on time.\nDrive continuous improvement by enhancing automation, test coverage, and reducing technical debt.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to support delivery and operational outcomes.\nMinimum Job Requirements:\nEducation: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.\nExperience & Technical Skills:\nPossess 3-5 years of experience in backend development, preferably using .NET Core and/or Node.js.\nDemonstrate proficiency in frontend development, particularly with the React framework.\nApply strong knowledge of databases and SQL (MSSQL Server), including performance tuning and query optimization.\nUtilize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture in application design and integration.\nUse version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and integrated security tools like GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket within the development lifecycle.\nPreferred Skills (Advantageous):\nExperience in writing and maintaining unit tests (e.g., Jest, xUnit).\nFamiliarity with shell scripting.\nKnowledge of ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework, Hibernate, Dapper).\nCore Competencies:\nDemonstrate strong understanding of change management processes and incident/problem resolution.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in a team environment.\nChampion engineering best practices, including code quality, automated testing (unit, integration, E2E), documentation, and conducting thorough code reviews.\nApply secure design principles and ensure solutions are built with high sensitivity to data protection, security controls, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nEnsure adherence to security-by-design practices, including vulnerability prevention, secure coding, and compliance with organizational and industry standards.\nExhibit a highly motivated, proactive, and accountable mindset.\nBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live healthier, longer, better lives.\nYou must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
